For customers residing in the United States, if you're dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we extend the option for a one-time exchange or store credit within 5 days of receiving your initial order, applicable to all unused and unworn items, except those on sale.

Please be aware that items labeled as "Last Chance" and "Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For customers residing outside the United States, if you're dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we provide the option for a one-time exchange or store credit within 5 days of receiving your initial order, applicable to all unused and unworn items, except those on sale. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering shipping/ shipping charges for returning the item to us. Kodiak Swim will cover the new exchanged item back to the customer after the exchange is approved and the item will get sent immediately after recieving the original item.

For initiating an exchange, kindly reach out to us via email at info.kodiakswim@gmail.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering shipping/ shipping charges for returning the item to us. Kodiak Swim will cover the new exchanged item back to the customer after the exchange is approved and the item will get sent immediately after recieving the original item.

At this time, we only accept returns if the item is found to be faulty. While we ensure the quality of all our products, if you encounter a faulty item, please contact us promptly at info.kodiakswim@gmail.com. We'll provide you with a shipping label equipped with tracking for the return process. Once we receive and inspect the faulty item, and confirm its condition, we'll proceed with crediting the refund to your original method of payment, deducting the returns processing fee. Please note that refunds are only issued to the original payment method, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Kindly allow up to 7 business days for the refund process to be completed. You'll receive an email notification once the refund is finalized.
