Ever since I was a little girl I've had a love for the ocean. Growing up in Miami and being of Brazilian descent meant I practically lived in a bikini. The dream of launching my own bikini line has always lingered, but it was crucial to me that it truly reflected my essence. The inaugural collection, "Samba," draws its vibrant hues from my homeland, Brasil. The captivating blue, green, and white hues echo not only the colors of the Brazilian flag but also the breathtaking landscapes and rich biodiversity that define the country.

As for the name "Kodiak," it pays homage to my beloved childhood dog. Though he wasn't officially mine, I cherished him as if he were. Kodi shared my passion for the ocean, relishing pool days and frolicking in the sand. Naming the company after him felt like a fitting tribute to his joyful spirit and our shared love for the sea.
